Our client, Bali's premier destination and 5-star beachfront resort in Bali is currently looking for a talented Head Chef for one of their outlets that serve plant-based dishes.
REQUIREMENTS :
- A Hospitality degree from a recognized hospitality school or hospitality courses relating to food preparation or the culinary arts are essential.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in a similar leadership role for luxury wellness brands or well-established restaurant brands.
- Experience with nutritional menus and a commitment to health-conscious cooking are vital, as our clientele values wellness.
- Experience working for a Michelin-star restaurant is preferred.
- Past working experience in Bali or South East Asia is a plus!
- Cross-cultural work environment exposure.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
