Job Responsibilities:
- You will focus on managing company's partner's local commerce and marketing activities daily.
- Be the first point of contact in Indonesia for any partners and deals signed locally.
- Work with company's international worldwide partners to strategize and execute on their priority projects in Indonesia.
- Foster meaningful relationship with company's third-party labels, artists and label partners to drive the brand.
- Expand the company's footprint by hunting for new labels and partners for collaboration,
- Advise and collaborate with company's partners on marketing and promotional efforts in Indonesia.
- Compile local sales and marketing updates for external partners and company's international team.
- Participate in local and international partner calls and meetings, to talk about the local music landscape and commercial opportunities.
Your profile:
- A Bachelor's degree in business or related
- At least 3 to 5 years of music industry experience
- Solid track record in consistently delivering or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia language.
- Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint
- Willing and able to travel internationally if business requires it.
