Job Description
- Day to day & end to end marketing communication activities, from ideation, implementation, and execution.
- Establish partnerships with brands, communities and related agencies to support branding needs.
- Overseeing marketing communication efforts on assigned brands.
- Create marketing activities to increase awareness and sales.
- Create promotion program to increase traffic and sales.
- Facilitate reporting, optimization, and analysis of the progress regarding the marketing communication activities on assigned brands.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROl and KPIs.
- Explore valuable media trades where appropriate.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business marketing, public relation, management, digital marketing or relevant field major.
- Proven work as Marketing Communication or similar at least 1 years.
- Possess good personality, creative mind, self-motivation, good interpersonal, as well as good communication and negotiating skills.
- Strong balance of creative and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to take decisive decisions and offer creative problem solving.
- Able to build and maintain good relationships with all departments and business partners.
- Familiar with social media, following and analyze consumer needs.
