Job description:
- Lead & manage Trade Marketing department to achieve business objectives
- Develop Trade Marketing strategy aligned with the Brand strategy to fulfill company's target, execution and benchmarking of all trade programs
- Develop Channel strategy (GT/MT/MTI), lead TRADE MARKETING initiatives to ensure proper strategy to meet brand and customer expectations
- Develop Consumer promotions in collaboration with Marketing Department and Sales Department and support Market executions
- Monitor and evaluate Trade Marketing programs and activities to measure effectiveness including budget utilization, analyze and calculate ROI of each activation, promo & event.
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses Bachelor's/Master Degree from any major
- Experience more than 10 years Trade Marketing field in FMCG company, with 3 years in Sr. Manager / Dept. Head Level
- Able to lead organization with big team member
- Business Financial and Numerical expertise
- Excellent communication, fluent in English
