Job Description Manage the operations of the hotel in order to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guest service and product quality.
Coordinate capital improvement projects to maintain/upgrade quality standard and property image. Develop, recommend, implement and manage the hotel's annual and long term operations, capital, revenue, expense and profit goals. Ensures optimal compliance with corporate focus audit, licenses & certification. Manage performance issues that arise within the operation management team & Leads the operation team. Work Experience Has an experience in a similar capacity. Candidate with experience in executing project, renovation, and managing profiled volume F&B operation will be given preference. Strong understanding of hotel operations and administration to include budgeting. Must perform well under pressure and be adaptable to changing work environments.
