JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage All HR & activity and ensure its compliance with regulation
- Ensure manpower fulfillment both quality and quantity
- Provide employee development program and ensure its execution
- Manage all General Affair activity including office facility and its maintenance, vendor, canteen and outsourcing
- Handle all Industrial Relation activity including maintain good relation with labor union, community and related government
- Ensure all company activity align with the latest regulation
- Ensure compensation and benefit activity running well and and provide its best services to employee
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable University
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Manager in Manufacture Industry
- Well Understanding and Experienced in handling overall Human Capital process including Acquisition, Development, Compensation & Benefit and General Affair
- Strong Knowledge in labor regulation an its implementation
- Well proven record in managing General Affair activity
- Strong Leadership
