Description
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- End-to-end human resources function, including but not limited to recruitment, OD, training, and GA.
- Maintaining strong relationships with top management
- Adapt and implement top-down policies regarding people and culture department
- Develop and create positive culture and foster a healthy communication environment with all stakeholders.
- Maintain and update accurate human resources database for all stakeholders
Profile
A successful candidate must possess:
- Minimum of 5 years within human resources generalist
- Strong communication in English and Chinese both written and spoken
- Proven track record in developing policies and programs relating to human resources function
- Has handled a large workforce/ headcount previously
- Experienced in handling both strategic and operational human resources function, including database management, payroll, compensation benefit, and recruitment
- Strong negotiation skills
