Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible in managing all HR functions such as: Recruitment, Organizational Development, Employee data, Compensation and Benefit, Performance Appraisal, etc.
- Monitor policy, rules and regulations and labor laws.
- Work closely with other division and execute business in cooperation.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, or related major.
- Min 5 years experience as Manager in manufacture.
- Experience in Industrial Relations handling more than 500 employees and tripartite.
