Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
- Has excellent knowledge of HRGA roles (Recruitment/Comben/PD/HRBP) and is experienced in handling large teams.
- 5 years of experience as an HC Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role
- Can quickly adapt to the strategic changes of the company and grow together with the company.
- Good communication skills in English are a must; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Having good interpersonal, leadership, dynamic, and analytical thinking
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals Proven leadership and team management skills
- Approachable and able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Job Desc:
- Oversee the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development programs.
- Assess training needs, apply them, and monitor training programs.
- Monitor the job analysis and work load analysis processes.
- Work closely with function leaders in performance management, talent review, and succession planning to establish an effective and motivating work environment.
- Assist stakeholders in developing and monitoring organizational structure as well as job description to ensure alignment with organizational design strategy and budget.
- Support the company with employee-related issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary measures.
- Build headcount monitoring reports for labor productivity, review and evaluate movement trends, and provide analytical insights.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain the payroll and benefits program.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Partner with business leaders to understand and align HR strategies with organizational goals, contributing to long-term success.
- Act as a trusted advisor, handling employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Drive initiatives for employee growth, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead HR aspects of organizational change, facilitate smooth transitions, and maintain employee morale.
