JOB SUMMARY
As HR Ops manager, you will manage the end-to-end HR functions and be a part of the core team from the human resource division for the Operations department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and improvement areas, and make action recommendations.
- Stay informed about developments in HR best practices and industry trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related majors
- Have a minimum 2 years of experience as HR Manager
- Possess knowledge of effective recruitment process and platform (for blue-collar employees)
- Have a strong understanding of labor compliance laws and cultural nuances within Indonesia
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
- Organized and can document your work and key learnings
- Ability to coordinate projects across multiple roles within the company
- Background in the Startup industry (supply chain/logistics) is preferred
