  • Language: English proficient
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years hands on working experience in HR Administration
  • Experience handle payroll
  • Able to communicate effectively with all level within organization
  • A team worker and able to interact with diverse group of workers, function, back ground and education level
  • Advance in operating HRIS and or MS Excel (Vlookup)
  • Must be able to work independently with less supervision and over extended hours.

Assists in scheduling a variety of meetings and employee events (e.g. insight, outing, new employee inductions, applicant interview, facility use etc.)
Communicates with other employees, departments, administrators, applicants for the purpose of providing information and assistance concerning employment, recruitment, transfers, personnel records, leaves. and related personnel requirements
Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records; obtaining temporary staff from agencies.
Administer attendance, leave and absenteeism for payroll process, distributing payslipt and maintaining records.
Providing information related to policy, process, form, helping form completion; verifying submission; notifying employees of approvals.
Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Administer new employee induction by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering copy of documents necessary for payroll explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
Documenting human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Prepare and submit HR monthly report including HC, B-9, overtime and attendance report.
Perform other duty assigned by HR Manager
