Job responsibility:
・Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.
・Provide guidance, training, and coaching to new employees
・Assisting managers with staff requirements.
・Assist in developing performance appraisals
・Maintain employee records, schedules, and time sheets
・Determine compensation and offer reward incentives
・Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
Requirements:
- Must have Bachelor Degree from any major,
- Must have working experience overally in HRGA for 4-5 years or more,
- Must have working experience in a Japanese company for minimum 2 years,
- Must be able to communicate in English (written/verbal)
