PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, a Japanese Consulting Company, and they're looking for HRGA &Business Development Service Assistant Manager, based in South Jakarta.
Requirements:
- Having minimum 5 years of HRGA/HRGA consulting experience, preferrably from Japanese Manufacturing Companies.
-Employee training or skill development program experience is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- JLPT N3 certified is a plus.
Job Description:
- Provide HRGA & labour law/regulation consulting service to group companies.
- Support recruitment needs of the group companies.
- Organize training and seminar sessions for group companies (handling internal seminar sessions using existing materials, become speaker for internal seminar sessions, communicating with external vendors to provide training programs, etc).
- Payroll/Income tax calculation.
- Make sure internal HRGA system is aligned with the current labour law and regulation.
- Make internal report regarding employment and HRGA matters.
- In charge of HRGA staff management.
