Job Description
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement onboarding plans
- Create training and development programs
- Hands-on in performance management processes
- Maintain employee records (attendance, employee database, etc.)
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
- Knowledge of HR functions
- Understanding of Indonesia labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor degree in business administration, psychology, or any related fields
