Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior HR Generalist to join our HR team and support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date
- Assist with employee relations issues, including investigating complaints and helping to resolve conflicts
- Can make company regulations
- Support the HR team in implementing HR programs and initiatives
- Help with HR administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR systems, Payroll
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support other HR projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
