- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for various positions
- Keep abreast of recruitment trends and best practices to improve and enhance recruitment efficiency
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing employee concerns and grievances with confidentiality
- Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives (e.g. ,team-building events, fun days, and coworking days) and adherence to company policies
- Administer and communicate HR policies, protocols, and procedures, ensuring adherence with labor laws and regulations
- Manage attendance records and monitor timekeeping systems
- Oversee and manage compensation and benefits as well as a performance appraisal system
- Support needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital by creating and tracking relevant programs
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding processes
- Handle confidential company files and other organizational records
