Job Description:
- Build new relationships with potential prospects thru cold and warm phone calls, emails, and other online communication tools
- Represent the company as the first point of contact
- The individual will understand product lines, customer segments and their needs, divisional functions, and competitive products, prices and policies
- Understanding customers needs, collecting feedback for features improvement, and seeking opportunities
- Prospecting and qualifying leads, managing online customer meetings
- Develop and execute a workable sales pipeline, maintaining a database
Qualification:
- Experienced in Inside Sales or Customer Service.
- Previous experience cold calling and selling Network & Infrastructure Solution is a plus
- High level of interdependence, learning attitude, self-motivation and flexibility
- Has the strategic & data-driven thinking skills to deal with challenges & set forth optimal alternatives
- Proactive & agile responses to customer needs & requests
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and ability to explain the complicated subject to easily understood
- Excellent selling and influencing skills. Persuasive and confident to speak to mid-level and senior executives
