Key Account Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and objectives
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to expand our business and meet sales targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and work to upsell or cross-sell additional productsservices
• Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner
• Keep updated records of account activities and provide regular reports to management on account status

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar salescustomer service role
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Willingness to travel as needed
