Responsible for the service process execution of VIP users, collect and feedback the needs of VIP users.
Persuade VIP User to push top up in apps.
Bachelor's degree or above,
Fluent in English (speaking Chinese is plus point)
Have strong data analysis ability and logical thinking ability, be pro active and pay attention to details.
Strong interpersonal communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in basic MS Office.
