[Korea National Only] Sales Executive - Seoul Office

Situated in the heart of the city’s upscale shopping, cultural and beach destination Haeundae, Park Hyatt Busan is a luxurious, intimate and residential-style hotel for the sophisticated luxury traveler visiting Korea’s second largest city for business or leisure.

This position will be responsible for providing a high level of professional expertise and customer focus. The purpose of this role is to drive sales & events businesses at a maximum profitability. The Sales Executive maintains a consistent and professional relationship with all business contacts and ensures restless efforts to achieve pre-determined targets. This role will collaborate with the overall hotel operation in a supportive and flexible manner, aiming on the overall success of the hotel and by achieving all KPI’s.

• Working experience within Hyatt hotels is preferred
• Superior customer service skills
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, eye on details and consistent accuracy are a must
• Flexible, yet fair work attendance aligning with the business demands
• Outstanding administrative capabilities and interpersonal skills
• Confident computer and handheld device management
• Fluent in both Korean & English – spoken and written
