Manager Human Resources (Hr)

Job Descriptions

1. Develop and implement HR Strategies and Initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Manage GA functions to support business activities: office management, transportation, company assets management, etc
3. Responsible in employees legal matters and regulations (such as but not to limited to industrial relations, BPJS, Employment Contract, PP)
4. Develop training materials, performance and talent management programs to help ensure employees knowledge and understand
5. Ensure the organization’s compliance with the government regulations
6. Ascertain patterns of performance appraisal run in accordance with the provisions of management
7. Ensure for employee rule and regulation run smoothly

Requirements

1. Minimum bachelor degree in Law, Psychology, or Human Resources Management
2. Experience as HRGA Manager role in property/ developer at least 5 years
3. Strong working knowledge and experienced in MPP budget, recruitment strategies, KPI
4. Must be both task and people oriented
5. Deep understanding in all aspects of HR (talent acquisition, performance management, industrial relations, people development)
6. Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
7. Strong experiences in compensation & benefit with background from organizational development.
8. Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
9. Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
10. Strong in analytical and time-management skills
