- Handle administrative tasks.
- Input sales activities data and reconcile with the Marcom team's report.
- Drafting sales and marketing material, such as presentations, product information and promotions, brochures, videos, and correspondence, while liaising with the marketing communications team.
- Drafting internal memos and external letters under the supervision of each Sales PIC
- Assist the sales team with following up on agreements and documents, both internally and externally.
- Handle the document filing.
- Conducting routine office tasks to ensure Sales Division departmental efficiency and coordination
- Make weekly and monthly sales data or as required by Head Division
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- Fresh Grade are welcome
- Working 1 - 2 years experiences is preferable
- Previously worked in Securities / Banking Industry
- Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
