- Plan, execute, and optimize respective Shopee lead generation-focused performance marketing campaigns.
- Work with media and PR agencies to execute external communication to accelerate Shopee's awareness.
- Take the lead on creatives (ex. ad copies, banners) to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign performance to gather insights, and find new opportunities to acquire more leads.
- Be the go-to person for digital campaigns audience, measurement, and attribution discussions.
- Monitor market & industry trends as we all competitor activities and apply them for strategy creation.
- Coordinate with the regional teams for budget planning, best practice sharing, and align on corporate guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Bilingual in Japanese and English with good verbal and written skills to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations across stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (ex. Google Ads) is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Open-mindedness, resourcefulness, and proactiveness to find creative solutions
- Positive, team player, and energetic attitude
