Job Description:
- Nurture new sellers by providing well-structured educational material/ecosystem to make them self-sufficient/independent after graduation.
- Becoming a trusted partner(teacher) for new sellers wishing to sell to Southeast Asia, and Taiwan markets by deep understanding of Shopee's regulations, shop operation, market-specific trends, e-commerce industry, and its competitive landscape.
- Responsible for educating new onboarding sellers by having solid recommendations on market/category/SKU selection and marketing campaigns to grow new sellers performance.
- Analysing and tracking/monitoring seller performance by seller profile and creating/proposing product assortment and marketing strategy with the team.
- Capture high-potential seller engagement by providing a 1:1 (key) account management program during the seller incubation period to prepare them to show their full potential and performance after graduation.
- Manage each 1:1 (key) seller account relationship by setting targets and creating plans toward meeting the targets.
- Design sales and marketing strategies including campaign nomination for key accounts.
- Find solutions to accounts issues, and maintain a positive relationship.
- Keep updating the new Shopee system, policy, logistics, and campaigns by being responsible for seller mass announcements and seller educational materials.
- Translate seller announcement materials and modify the contents by understanding the local contexts.
- Create seller mass announcement drafts by aligning internal stakeholders.
- Constantly update and revise seller educational materials.
- Other duties as assigned or necessary including but not limited to Operations related works.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of working experience is preferred, ideally in the eCommerce or retail space.
- Experience in sales and customer support would be an advantage.
- Bilingual in English and Japanese to facilitate dynamic collaboration with stakeholders across the region. Translation experience is a plus.

- Additional language skills (e.g. Chinese, Korean, or other SEA languages) are plus.
