Uraian Tugas

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the good condition of all assets and facilities in the office and stores.
  • Inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies.
  • Assist with preparing reimbursement, voucher and other claim.
  • Control and direct supervision of the activities of the non staff such as messenger, OB, driver, travel arrangement and other services companies in order to achieve maximum efficiency of work.
  • Establish good relationship and cooperation with other department within the company.
  • Establish, maintain, develop and strengthen professional relationships with third parties.
  • Assist in maintaining company assets.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of buildings and facilities goes well and efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 10 year(s) working experience in GA/dmin matters with 5 years in managerial role.
  • Retail industry background is prefferred.
  • Neat and meticulous.
  • Good analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in verbal and written communication (English and Bahasa).
  • Understand about Capex & Opex, and laws regulations work safety system.
  • Excelent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
  • Familiar with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
