Responsibilities: 

• Independently operate the entire company and manage our team of Marketing Executives.
• Be responsible for effectively organizing Social Media and work on listings on our websites as well as Rumah123.com and sort like platforms.
• Efficiently manage office operations to enhance productivity and workflow.
• Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Implement and maintain effective filing systems and organizational protocols.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
• Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
• Act as a liaison between staff and management, fostering open communication.

 Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities In Indonesian andthe English language.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
• Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology is a plus.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
