Responsibilities :
- Responsible for sales achievement in each oultet and provide sales achievement reports.
- Oversee the operation of 40+ stires under multiple area supervision.
- Responsible for the quality of service & products by all outlets.
- Implement strategic planning, KPI, and monitoring system for improvement and enhancement.
- Analyze & control waste, Inventory, cost & revenue in each outlet.
- Monitor and ensure adequate inventory of raw materials in outlets.
- Review new store design & layout plan.
- Conduct regular store visits.
- Motivating and Coaching the oprational team.
- Create a work planning program.
- Oversee the implementation of CRM (costomer data)
- handle customer complaints.\
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in F&B / retail.
- Minumum 2 years of working experience as Operations Manager / similar pasition
- Maximum age 40 years.
- Experienced in managing 25 - 40 small outlets.
- Very fluent in numbers, excellent in analyzing data and using analytics to make decisions.
- Experienced in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), Halal Certification and related standards.
