Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Train and support the spa team in sales techniques and customer service standards
2. Maintains cleanliness of spa and related areas and equipment
3. Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifying excellent customer service, and creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations
4. Administers the performance appraisal process for direct report managers
5. Coordinate the spa's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online booking systems with the appropriate team members
6. Coordinate with the spa operations team to ensure that promotional activities are aligned with daily operations and customer service standards
7. Monitors the spa and recreation's actual and projected sales to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
8. Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifying excellent customer service, and creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations
9. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising to increase spa visibility and attract new clients
10. Develops and Manages spa and recreation promotions including gifting programs, gift with purchase, co-op marketing efforts and holiday events.
11. Help organize and participate in events and workshops to promote the spa services.
12. Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and community organizations to promote spa services and packages
Requirements:
- Preferred, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in the spa and wellness
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and platforms
- Able to communicate in English
