Outlet Operations Supervisor - Carlcare Service

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in retail management is a plus.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
3. Strong understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service principles.
4. Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and management.
6. Proficiency in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
7. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues and customer concerns.
9. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the retail industry.
10. Proficiency in using retail management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant applications.

8. Ensure products meet quality standards and address any issues related to product quality or presentation.
9. Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities to drive foot traffic and sales.
10. Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
