We are seeking a qualified and experienced Part-Time Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and contributing to a positive work environment.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews and hiring.
Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive and open communication channel.
Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, short-time, annual leave, and public holidays.
Prepare salary list. BPJS
Manage time and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Benefits Administration:
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and provide necessary information.
Policy and Compliance:
Stay informed about labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training programs and opportunities for employee skill development.
Support the performance appraisal process.
Data Management:
Compile HR metrics and generate reports as needed.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of HR-related information.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
High English Proficiency - Reading, Writing, Speaking.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Education and Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Work Schedule:
Part-time, flexible hours (15-20 hours per week) in the office. Specific schedule to be determined based on mutual agreement.
