Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day Learning & Development operations
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses in Learning & Development Department
- Analyze, evaluate, review and improve policies and business processes in Learning & Development Department
- Analyze, create, plan, and implement learning strategies and programs
- Review and evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Develop, innovate, design, and implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) both online and offline
- Assess, analyze, and evaluate the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Work closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and training needs
- Build relationships with third party training providers.
- Design staple curriculums for all employees
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent
- Have certification such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) would be a plus
- Minimum 7 years solid experience of working in related managerial level in Retail or Food and Beverage Industry is a MUST
- Proven experience with effective learning and development methods
- Proven in project management and budgeting
- Proven experience in building an Academy within a company
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors
- Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
- Willing to be located in our Head Office in Surabaya
