Job Description:
- Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels such as paid search, display advertising, paid social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Develop and execute end-to-end Performance Marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase & conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners (such as agencies and vendors) to ensure effective campaign execution and performance.
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Optimize website performance in the these several metrics: Traffic, bounce rate, Session Duration, Users by analyzing the performance, etc by doing the actionable plan
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Develop and execute broadcast promotional campaign through Email Marketing, SMS Marketing
- Managing personalized approaches for email marketing, including onboarding, engagement, and retention processes.
Requirement:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, digital advertising, or related roles.
- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and campaign management platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads Manager)
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
