- Handle all household coordination matters such as bills
- Handle maids & drivers scheduling and monthly salaries
- Run errands for employers
- Coordinate kids school and lessons scheduling
- Planning vacation (helping with booking of flights, hotels, and restaurants)
- Help with grocery shopping and laundry
- Schedule house maintenance
- Recruits eligible nanny, maid and drivers
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Owner and family members
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents
- Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/or conferences as assigned.
- Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma’s Degree (any major)
- Experience in this area for at least 3 years
- Understand English well
- Familiar with kids needs (such as school, course, hospital, etc)
- Have networks in many vendors for owner's needs (travel agents, florists, groceries, etc)
- Good administration skill, resourceful, and honest.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Willing to work overtime
- Willing to be placed at South Jakarta (SCBD)
