Job Description
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, emerging technologies, and complementary technologies.
- Work closely with the sales team to strategize and execute plans.
- Present product's solutions to executives and technical personnel at prospects and customers.
- Conduct engaging and effective product demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- Be an advocate and develop mutual trust with the technical audience on the customer side
- Ensure that technical aspects of proposals align with customer requirements.
- Work closely with resellers (system integrators and independent software vendors) and vendor partners to provide comprehensive assistance for addressing customer technical inquiries.
