We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Electric Automation Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide critical pre-sales application consultancy, focusing on Electric Automation (EA). You will play a key role in driving our automation business expansion by identifying opportunities, assisting customers with EA product selection, and designing innovative solutions before handing them over to our engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and consultancy within the sales process, particularly for Electric Automation solutions.
- Define the electrical and mechanical design of solutions based on customer requirements, with an emphasis on standard products.
- Develop feasible application solution proposals, leveraging deep technical product knowledge.
- Conduct feasibility studies through sample setups, simulations, or calculations.
- Offer remote and onsite support during after-sales commissioning activities.
- Assist the Sales Engineer in defining appropriate pricing and conditions for solutions.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of related work experience.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Surabaya.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
