Job Descriptions :
1. Understand the company's strategy, targets, goals, milestones along with publicly owned roadmaps;
2. Mapping/Translate business strategy into product strategy;
3. Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market ;
4. Plan and carry out product launches ;
5. Manage product profitability and commercial success – own the business case;
6. Support the Product Owner functions, like;
• Represent the customer (be a proxy) within the development process
• Articulate the product vision
• Write requirements – typically as user stories and epics
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
• Track releases
• Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews and retrospectives
7. Support the development team with any questions they may have Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
8. Implement policies, procedures and processes deemed appropriate by the internal leadership team and the Holding;
9. Identify, develop and carry out analysis of new business initiatives, product launches and/or service offerings;
10. Review and ensure the implementation of appropriate internal controls, compliance, and product-related procedures;
11. Ensuring regulatory compliance regarding all implemented feature functions;
12. Maintain good cooperative relations and strategic alliances with members, other API-related companies and third parties;
13. Report on the utility of existing and new strategies;
14. Conduct periodic reports to the CEO/COO.
Requirement :
1. Preferably S2 strata related to Product Management, Marketing and Information Technology-based Marketing;
2. Minimum 5-10 years experience in the related field;
3. Experienced in being customer-centric and retail;
4. Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce;
5. Have good knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, crypto assets -cryptocurrencies and their industries;
6. Have excellent organizational and time management skills;
7. Have good communication and interpersonal skills;
8. Have excellent presentation skill;
9. Have good English skills;
10. Must have skills in systems and methodologies in conducting analysis of Product Management and Marketing as well as Information Technology-based Marketing;
11. Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence - ability to motivate staff;
12. Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills;
13. Have the ability Mindset to Strategy knowledge;
14. Have good English skills;
