Job Description:
- Facilitate communication, tracking, and reporting to keep the product team aligned on priorities and make steady progress
- Maintain and update knowledge base, including templates, SOPs, guidelines, best practices, training materials and other important documents
- Streamline and implement critical and routine product processes
- Surface issues with advertisements by reviewing bad cases, analysing user behavior data, and collecting product feedback
- Manage knowledge engineering projects to ensure prompt delivery of high quality data for our systems
- Work with the local product, regional operations team, and relevant stakeholders to evaluate, analyse, and improve the quality of advertisements
- Assist product managers to design long-term solutions to improve advertisements engines
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in operational roles, or working with cross-functional teams is a plus
- Bachelor's degree across all disciplines
- Have a track record of delivering results
- Strong execution skills, attention to detail, ability to innovate and optimise business processes
- Strong ownership, bias towards actions, get things done independently
- Strong communication, especially in complex business/technical information verbally and in writing
- Able to work in a dynamic environment with multiple parties involved
- Analytical and quantitative reasoning with good critical thinking and data-based decision-making skills
- Good command of Excel/Google Sheet. Basic knowledge of SQL
- Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia / Mandarin / Thai / Vietnamese / Portuguese / Spanish (optional) to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from across the region
