You’ll make an impact by:
- Implementing and / or administrating Production Quality policies, guidelines, programs and standards.
- Ensures consistency with overall Production Quality strategy and respective local regulations.
- Plans and proposes Quality budget, and decides allocation of related financial and personnel resources, within given limits.
- Acts as advisor to the business accountable management of the unit, in all Production Quality related issues.
- Sets up and monitors unit related Production Quality projects.
- Ensures that quality standards for Production Quality operations and processes are met at all times.
- Liaise with external parties (i.e. vendors, clients) in contractual matters, related to Production Quality services, within given authority levels.
- Provides Quality reporting, and ensures cooperation with both, internal and external stakeholders.
- Clarifies cases as an escalation point.
- Manages organization unit (s) assigned, and leads and/or coordinates dedicated Supervisors, Professionals and staff.
Your defining qualities:
- Experience min. 5+years in managerial role and similar field of industry
- Bachelor or Master Degree in electrical engineering or related major
- English and Bahasa indonesia proficiencies
- Good in computer literacies
- Good in analytical skills
- Have experience in leading team member
