- Developing a new pipeline strategy based on market opportunity
- Setting up technical objectives, trial targets, and target breakdowns for each NPI project
- Tracking the stage gate process for each pipeline and updating related departments/functions
- Identifying market opportunities that align with the commercial team
- Refining product concepts and delivering R&D pipeline opportunities
- Preparing for product launch by leveraging R&D resources to support the launch and guiding marketing teams in effective trial design/implementation/data capture
- Integrating R&D into country business strategies to drive commercial outcomes
- Leveraging R&D data to drive country portfolio evolution for new products as well as product expansion
- Intensifying demand generation, brand building activities, and increasing market reach to drive growth
- Leading the R&D team in the technical aspects of pipeline product through planning, execution, evaluating, and reporting on new products
- Driving and supporting product optimization programs to grab market opportunities in Indonesia
- 2-5 years of R&D experience in the agrichemical field
- Degree in crop protection / agrisciences / agrochemical / pest protection
- Ability to manage the team and foster relationships within the team and other function
- Open to travel across Indonesia
- Ability to develop data analysis to meet product concepts
- bility to use the data analysis system
- Strong knowledge of technical aspects and able to develop laboratory work to support the PS&R work
