RECRUITMENT OFFICER
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible in Job posting and advertising.
• Source and screen potential candidates.
• Conduct initial interview and endorse potential candidates.
• Arrange / schedule interview of potential candidates.
• Conduct background checking.
• Conduct employee orientation.
• Ensure that new employees comply with all pre-employment requirements.
• Filing and Record Keeping.
• Can start immediately.
Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent documentation skills, and keen to details.
• Thorough understanding of general human resources.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Human Resources.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Have good data analysis & reporting skills.
- Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta.
