Job Description
- Identify Project’s needs, to create technical plan on searching the Candidates and fulfill as the project needs and timeline.
- Conduct end to end recruitment process from searching candidate, selection and hiring administration.
- Conduct induction for New Hire
- Coordination with related Department to prepare the deployment.
- Maintain data employee and administration process for employee movement.
Qualification
- Minimal Diploma Degree from any major, preferably from Psychology.
- At least more than 2 (two) years' experience as Recruitment Officer / specialist in Facility Services Management, Outsourcing Management or Mass recruitment.
- Have a good knowledge and proven experience in recruitment & selection process, especially related to talent/workforce analysis, mass recruitment technique & method in Facility Services Industry.
- Possess a strong understanding about Talent acquisition trends, attract & selection method, basic labor law in Indonesia.
- Possess a strong communication skill to be able to perform regular communication regarding to attract the candidate as company's need.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skill, especially when dealing with community case.
- Willing to work mobile.
