- Total availability to travel, conduct audits and control checks to ensure cinema processes.
- Analyse P&L and trigger actions to meet the financial goals of the company.
- Guarantee the best guest experience for internal and external clients.
- Build high performance teams through developing talent and engagement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as Area/District/Regional Manager in Retail/Hospitality/F&B/Quick Service Restaurant.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong Planning and organizing skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Medium English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
