- Responsible to search and identify opportunities and utilize competitor and business information in order to expand market and consumer base.
- To lead the region in the planning and forecasting process; to formulate and implement plans and programs towards the achievement of market hare targets and sales volume and multi brand selling (portfolio management).
- To ensure the appropriate brand identity consistent with PT Delta’s marketing strategy.
- To manage conventional routing and booking system of sub-distributors and to ensure product quality and availability in all targeted outlets.
- To formulate, recommend, and ensure implementation of effective promotions and merchandising efforts.
- To ensure timely and effectively response to customer inquiries.
- To identify and asses business partners (sub-distributors) and to ensure the proper training and development of identified business partners on selling, customer service, business management, promotions, merchandising and distribution and to provide advice to business partners on conducting their business operations.
- Responsible to build and maintain customer good will and relations by communicate and implement all relevant company policies affecting to the trade, attends and provides customer requirement and service within reasonable bounds.
- To ensure that the terms and conditions drawn up in the contracts with business partners are complied and to monitor and evaluate performance of business partners in order to ensure that their operations are in line with company policies and objectives and that they conform to PT Delta’s standards and to ensure proper stock inventory levels in all sub-distributors sales offices and depots.
- Regularly review and evaluate actual sales operations performance vis-à-vis budget / targets.
- To ensure the availability of the materials required by the region and to manage timely delivery of PT Delta’s products as well as proper handling of PT Delta’s product.
Job Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree From any Major
- Have minimum 7 Years Experiences in FMCG
- Fluent in English
- Have good communication & leadership skill
- Have experience in handling Distributor
