Our client is a growing beauty/skincare brand with collaborative and innovative working environment. Expanding the team, they are looking for a Regional Sales Manager. You will be responsible to organize, oversee, and expand customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts. This position will be based in Surabaya.
Job Description
Meeting & exceeding sales targets as assignedIdentifying and acquiring new distributors, as well as up-selling to the existing customer baseTrack & report activities of competitorsProvide guidance, motivation, and support to the sales team to ensure they meet their sales goals & set clear sales targets and quotas for individual team members (Area Sales Manager, SPV and SE team)Develop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities on trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to managementManaging the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.Building strong relationships with key accountsBuild a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planningCoordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & servicesPrepare regular reports and participate in regular meetings to review performanceAnalyzing market trends and competitors' activities and formulating strategies to respond to these The Successful Applicant Proven track record in similar positionFluent in English, both written and spokenHaving strong database in General Trade, especially in these following areas: General Trade - National levelAble to develop channel sales strategyExcellent communication and presentation skillsResult oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivatedTrack & report activities of competitors and develop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities on trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to managementAble to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales TargetWilling to beased in Surabaya What's on Offer
