JOB SUMMARY
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to check, respond and maintain every enquiry that is coming through OTA or Direct bookings
- Follow up on every needs of the guest from the day the enquiry received until the check out day of the guest
- Make sure to collect guest review after the stay
- Manage and maintain inventory controls
- Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies
- Provide critical analysis of strategies, room's statistics and demand factors
- Conduct competitive and demand analysis
- Maintain distribution channel data integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel.
- Independently implements appropriate inventory distribution strategy; maintains accurate rates and inventory allotments in a timely manner to promote rate parity throughout all booking channels.
- Develops near and long term top-line rooms revenue for all villas forecast upon request
- Loads all preferred, consortia and promotional rates as requested.
- Spearheads troubleshooting and resolution of any GDS rate loading issues as they occur.
- Analyzes independently and determines whether all villas is effectively marketing itself across electronic distribution channels.
- Participate and prepare rolling forecast and annual budget for each property
- Ensure that all statistics reports, including the financial statement, and any other related reports are accurate and consistent
- Ensure that all revenue management related systems are maintained
- Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
- Assisting with decisions about promotions such as discounted offers and affordable bulk packages.
- Ensuring that payment options and promotional tabs are configured correctly.
- Ensure the rollout of website changes.
- Collecting and inspecting guest reviews.
- Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
- Analyzing sales-related data to predict future sales and concomitant stock requirements.
