The Job

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage potential clients in the supply chain and logistics industries.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Provide insightful feedback from clients to improve the product and service offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, content, and promotional strategies.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking events.
• Work closely with the product development team to gather customer feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
• Assist in various functions across the company, adapting to the evolving needs of a startup environment.

The Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience, preferably previous experience working in a startup company.
• Proven track record of success in sales or Business Development roles, preferably within the technology or recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of the supply chain and logistics sector, with the ability to communicate effectively with industry professionals.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and preferably experience using HubSpot CRM and Trello software.
