We are looking for a Sales/ Business Development Associate who can communicate and
coordinate in the frontier line for acquisition and retention of our users (Job Providers).
[Job Description]
● Explore and acquire leads through social media, emails, cold calling, networking and
other outbound sales
● Set up meetings and demos to take detailed minutes
● Foster a good working relationship with prospective and existing clients (give
assistance, identify and solve client’s problems/needs, collect their feedback)
● Provide feedback to the internal team based on interactions with leads
● Experience in full sales cycle including deal until closing
● Track and achieve monthly individual KPI targets
[Requirements]
● Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
● Prior experience in business development, account management, telemarketing or
sales (especially having own network/database related to F&B/HR) is a plus
● Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to quickly adapt to
change
● Self-driven, proactive, diligent
● Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset to identify their needs
● Target oriented and able to work under pressure
● Possess Leadership & Ownership
● Language: Bahasa Indonesia (native), Business English (proficient)
● Location: Jakarta
● Duration: 3 month contract with extension possibility / 1 month probation period
