Strategically identify and manage new sales channels, for example, pet shops, dog parks, pet lover community, ect, with a focus on achieving revenue growth.
Nurture relationships with high-potential external partner to explore collaborative engagement & partnership opportunities
Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing teams to identify the right product assortment and strategy tailored for each channel.
Monitor and evaluate performance of each new business channel, work with related teams to improve sales performance or terminate if needed.
Identify and manage key offline events/exhibitions, whether they are B2B trade fairs or B2C events.
Collaborate with the Warehouse team to co-manage the relevant logistics tasks required by each sales channel.
Identify and evaluate potential Business Development opportunities
Research, analyze, and identify new potential opportunities to further grow the business.
Support the team with other responsibilities as required
Requirement
A minimum of 4-years experience in related fields; sales, Business Development or similar role
Excellent communication skills -- able to convey complex ideas, create alignments, building relationship, and project management skills.
Highly creative with entrepreneurial spirit and a high sense of ownership.
Proficient in Microsoft tools, especially power point and have a good public speaking skill is a plus.
Outstanding communication in both Bahasa & English and interpersonal skills.
Has own vehicle to ease the convenience of meeting with clients is preferable.
Pet lover is a plus
