Job Description
- Promote and sell our MIKI Travel products and services;
- Responsible to enlarge the portfolio of MIKI Travel clients;
- Respond to queries and offering advice to the prospective and existing Travel Agency clients;
- Managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities and expand client base to grow and exceed sales targets;
- Identify potential new clients and maintain good relationship with the existing clients;
- Meeting sales goals and targets by the Company;
- Consolidating and preparing sales reports;
- Attend and participating in regular internal sales meetings;
- Ensure business transactions are in accordance with the Company’s policies;
- Keep close communication with our local offices to ensure the business is operated smoothly;
- Participate to travel workshops, travel fairs, or sales trip as assigned by the Company;
- Other duties as assigned by the Company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder;
- At least 3 years sales experiences in the Travel & Tourism industry/Travel Agent/DMC;
- Possess good travel agent’s network would be added advantage;
- Experience in Inbound Travel in Europe experiences;
- Customer-oriented, good negotiation skill, good presentation skill, result-driven, and ability to build up new accounts;
- Well organized and able to prioritize tasks;
- Independent, a good teamwork player, able to work under pressure, and analytical thinking;
- Proficient in PC operation, especially Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Power Point) and Google Workspace (Drive, Meet, Calendar, Document);
- Excellent command in written and spoken English.
