As the Human Capital and People Development Executives, you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent strategy and ensuring the success and well-being of our employees. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HRIS, people development, recruitment, and talent management processes. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of HRIS systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and implement innovative people development programs and initiatives to nurture talent, foster a culture of continuous learning, and drive employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding, to attract top talent and build high-performing teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps, succession planning needs, and skills development opportunities, and design strategies to address them effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HRIS, people development, recruitment, and talent management.
- Proven track record of success in implementing and optimizing HRIS systems and processes.
- Strong understanding of talent development strategies, learning and development methodologies, and performance management practices.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
